Franchising Concepts is currently seeking candidates to fill Concept Managers positions. The ideal candidate should share our company philosophy, as well as bring a wide variety of business expertise to the table. At Franchising Concepts, we prefer to stay autonomous; allowing the franchise founders to take the limelight. We partner with professionals in their respective fields to handle specific functions such as law, real estate, marketing and insurance. This approach allows the Concept Manager to manage overall concept growth and development with a continued focus on franchisee profitability.
This individual will be responsible for the initial development of the franchising Company including the following:
- Development of business model
- Real estate market development plans and territory definitions
- Legal work, including, but not limited to, development of the Uniform Franchise Offering Circular
- Franchise marketing and sales
- Franchise opportunity advertising
Once the initial development is complete, the Concept Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Coordination of periodic franchisee conference calls, as well as regional and national meetings
- Oversee preparation and registration of franchise offerings, transactional legal documents and closings
- Create market development plans as the franchise system expands, develop and manage real estate broker relationships in applicable markets; review all site selection material presented by franchisees and prepare said information for review my managers; make site visits on an as-needed basis
- Manage all leads and handle all calls from prospective franchisees, conduct discovery days, franchise prospect qualification, coordinate prospect approval, manage franchise broker relationships, administer the franchise opportunity advertising budget and work with marketing firm to maximize advertising expenditure ROI
- Maintain operational accounts to pay all bills, collect royalties and other sums owed, prepare all documents for tax purposes, and work with accounting firm to prepare annual audits
- Advise founders on business and franchise issues
The Concept Manager is supported in all job functions by Franchising Concepts.



As compensation, the Concept Manager receives a predetermined percentage (60%) of the distribution that is allocated to Franchising Concepts from the specific franchising Company. For Example:
NewCo franchising company annual distributable income $950,000
NewCo Founders 50% distribution $475,000
Franchising Concepts 50% distribution $475,000
All of the Franchising Concepts distribution to be transferred to the Concept Manager Entity (CM Entity, Inc.)
CM Entity, Inc. (total revenue) $475,000
Franchising Concepts (40%) $190,000
Net to CM Entity, Inc. (60%) $285,000
There is an upfront investment required by the Concept Manager of $150,000 for this opportunity. Based on the performance of the Concept Manager, the growth potential of this opportunity is huge.
